Fresh Ingredients from our school gardens.

On Thursday 18th September, 2014 for A+ Day, Grade 3 did cooking with Sophia from Soulfull Catering.  It was sooooooo amazing!  We made salad that featured lettuce, parsley and basil picked from the school garden.  We also made pizzas which had rosemary from our garden too.  Our eggplant parmigania and fruit kebabs also included ingredients from our school garden. 

All of this made by the students who got to make the pizza dough, cut the salad ingredients, thread the fruit sticks, crumb the egg plant and top the pizzas but best of all they got to EAT (yes most of them did eat it!).  

A BIG Thank You to all the parents that came to help and especially to Sophia who donated her time and effort to our school and the cooking class.
